Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FL Plugins collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit flplugins.com, create or access an account, purchase products, request support, or use secure download features.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created when you make a purchase or use your account, and limited technical data generated by your use of the site.

  • Account and contact information: your email address and any name or contact details you submit through support forms or emails.
  • Order and transaction information: products purchased, order totals, payment status, Stripe customer identifiers, Stripe Checkout session identifiers, and related order records.
  • Download entitlement information: the products you own, the platforms available to you, download grants, and related access records needed to deliver your purchases securely.
  • Authentication and security information: one-time magic sign-in tokens, session information, CSRF/security tokens, and records used to protect sign-in and download routes.
  • Support information: messages you send through the support form, order references you provide, and any troubleshooting details you choose to share.
  • Technical and log information: IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested URLs, referrer information, and similar server-side diagnostic or security logs generated when you use the site.

2. How we use personal information

We use personal information to operate the store and deliver what you purchase. This includes:

  • processing purchases and preventing fraud or abuse;
  • creating and maintaining customer accounts;
  • sending magic-link sign-in emails and purchase-related delivery emails;
  • granting and managing secure download access;
  • responding to support requests and order issues;
  • maintaining site security, logs, backups, and troubleshooting records; and
  • complying with legal, tax, accounting, payment, and recordkeeping obligations.

3. Payments and Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe Checkout. FL Plugins does not store raw payment card numbers, full card details, or card verification values on its own servers. We do store limited transaction references and payment status data needed to confirm payment, create orders, and provide access to purchased products.

When you pay through Stripe Checkout, your payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own policies. You can review Stripe's privacy information at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

FL Plugins uses essential cookies and similar storage only as needed to operate the site, keep sessions active, secure forms, and support account access. These technologies help us remember that you are signed in, protect checkout and form submissions, and keep download access secure.

Based on the current site configuration, FL Plugins does not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral ad-tech on the storefront. If that changes, this policy should be updated before those tools are activated.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only when needed to run the store or comply with law, including with:

  • Stripe to process payments, prevent fraud, and reconcile transactions;
  • hosting, infrastructure, and email providers that help us host the website, deliver transactional emails, and keep the service running;
  • support and technical service providers acting on our behalf when needed to investigate or resolve operational issues; and
  • legal or regulatory authorities when disclosure is required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, security, or users.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the store, maintain purchase history, support secure redownloads, resolve disputes, detect abuse, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. Different categories of data may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose.

7. Your choices and rights

You can contact us at support@flplugins.com if you want to update your contact information, request access to your information, or ask us to review a deletion request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing. We may retain information where required or permitted by law, including to document completed purchases and maintain necessary business records.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we store, including secure session handling, protected download routes, token-based account access, and restricted payment handling through Stripe Checkout. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

FL Plugins is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so we can review and address the issue.

10. International access

If you access the site from outside the country where our service providers operate, your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our data practices, legal requirements, or service providers. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.

12. Contact
