Terms of Use and Sale

These Terms of Use and Sale govern your access to and use of FL Plugins, including flplugins.com, any purchases made through the site, and any downloadable software products, installers, accounts, and support services made available by FL Plugins. By using the site, purchasing a product, or downloading any software from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who these terms apply to

You may use the site only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use FL Plugins on behalf of a company, label, studio, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. What we sell

FL Plugins sells downloadable audio software products, including individual plugins and bundled software collections. Product descriptions, screenshots, pricing, and compatibility details are presented on the site to help you understand what you are purchasing before checkout.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

All purchases on the site are one-time payments processed through Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site at checkout. We may update product availability, pricing, descriptions, or bundle contents at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been completed.

When your payment is successfully completed, we create or update your FL Plugins customer account and grant access to the products included in that purchase.

4. Account access and delivery

Account access is provided through secure magic-link sign-in sent to the email address associated with your purchase or sign-in request. You are responsible for using a valid email address you control and for keeping access to that email secure. We may rely on that email address to deliver sign-in links, purchase access, download availability notices, and support responses.

Downloads are delivered through secure account-based access and protected download routes. You may not attempt to bypass account or download security, share secure access links with others, or use the site in a way that interferes with delivery, authentication, or security controls.

5. Software license

Subject to these terms and successful payment, FL Plugins grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the products you purchase for your own personal or internal business music-production workflow. This license lets you use purchased plugins in your own recordings, beats, compositions, mixes, masters, sound design work, and other creative or commercial projects you create.

You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or give away the software, installers, or your account access;
  • upload installers or product files to any public or shared location;
  • share secure download links, magic links, or account access with other users;
  • remove copyright notices or claim the software as your own;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent applicable law expressly allows it; or
  • use the software or site to build, train, or distribute a competing product using FL Plugins software, files, or protected materials.

6. Refunds and billing issues

Because FL Plugins products are digital goods delivered immediately after payment, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe you were charged in error, did not receive access, received the wrong product, or are experiencing a genuine delivery problem, contact us first at support@flplugins.com or through the support page so we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it quickly.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Support and updates

We may provide installation help, account access help, and general product support through the support page or support email. We do not guarantee a specific response time or that any particular feature request, compatibility request, or update will be implemented. Unless we expressly state otherwise, your purchase does not guarantee ongoing feature development, future versions, or perpetual compatibility with every third-party operating system, host, DAW, or plugin format.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or products in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or technically harmful. This includes attempting to probe, scan, or defeat site security, automate unauthorized scraping or account creation, interfere with checkout or download delivery, impersonate other users, or submit false purchase or support information.

9. Intellectual property

The site, branding, software, screenshots, text, graphics, audio demos, code, and other materials made available by FL Plugins are owned by FL Plugins or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited software license granted above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every moment, or that every product will be compatible with every system, host, operating system version, or studio setup. You are responsible for reviewing the product information provided on the site and for making sure your setup is suitable before purchase.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FL Plugins will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the site or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of FL Plugins for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order that gave rise to the claim.

12. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or your account if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, misused the site, engaged in fraud, shared protected access improperly, or created a security or legal risk for FL Plugins or other users.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the site or products after the updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
